Policies & Etiquette

Reservations
We will always do our best to accommodate our same-day clients; however, we recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance to ensure you secure your preferred time. You can schedule an appointment online or by calling our Front Desk at 757-301-6985. We require a credit card at the time of booking to make a reservation for first-time clients. The card will not be charged at that time.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments
Cancellation or rescheduling spa services requires 24 hours’ notice for any single appointment or service. Spa Package or multiple service appointments require 48 hours’ notice. All missed or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that certain circumstances may prevent you from being able to make your appointment and will do our best to work with you in that situation.

Arrival Time
If you are unable to make it to your appointment on time, we will do our best to accommodate your full service time. If this is not possible, your service time will be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available.

New Clients
New clients should complete the New Client Form on our website prior to their first scheduled appointment. We ask that you still arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment to ensure all required paperwork is complete.

Expiration Dates
Our services have expiration dates. Please ask the Front Desk if you have any questions on the expiration of the services you are purchasing.

Body Treatments
We recommend wearing an old bathing suit during your mud wrap or salt scrub. You will want to bring a clean pair of undergarments to change into afterwards.

Skin Care Services
It is recommended that all first time skin care clients book a free consultation with their first treatment. Our Master Esthetician will complete a skin analysis and determine which services are most appropriate for your skin. In some cases the service that was booked is not the best treatment for your skin type and in that case an alternate service will be recommended.

Hygiene
For the comfort of those around you, please arrive clean and avoid wearing heavy perfumes.

Large Groups
Parties of 4 or more, special events, etc. are required to schedule at least 72 hours in advance and provide a 50% non-refundable deposit to be held by major credit card.

Medical Conditions
Please notify our staff if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, diabetes, or any special medical conditions prior to receiving your treatment. Any clients under the care of a doctor for any injury or condition will be required to obtain doctor’s permission before receiving treatment.

Cell Phone Policy
Please turn off or silence all cell phones and electronic devices prior to entering our facility and keep voices low, as other services may be in progress.

Age Requirement
For the safety of your family, as well as the comfort of other guests, we are unable to accommodate guests accompanied by young children. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Payment & Gratuity
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and SpaFinder gift cards. If you feel your service was exceptional, we encourage you to leave a gratuity for your therapist. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the original service price.

Gift Certificates & Other Promotions
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted, and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
